Mezze Bar & Grill

Nestled beneath the Mancunian way in the Hatch development in Manchester. Mezze Bar & Grill is a young family business with a passion for mediterranean cuisine. Our aim was to create a playful & bold interior, which draws upon the urban setting of the unit and the connection to nature.

  • Split across two levels, the scheme consists of two individual spaces, which cater for different aspects of the restaurant. The ground floor is used for the main eatery space and working kitchen whilst upstairs, a large multi-functional bar and terraces provide entertainment space in the overall development.

The interiors are influenced by raw materials and the connection with nature. Exposed OSB board has been used was the primary finish, whilst areas of ceramic tiling and feature painted walls provide emphasis on different areas and graphics.Planting areas have been designed into the furniture and key feature walls to soften the urban interior.

Privacy screens, provide transparency between public and private spaces to fuse together the different functions within the space.A creative space, for a young thriving family business to thrive. Our services included the interior fit-out, fixed and loose furniture design and graphic design.
